My girlfriend thoroughly enjoyed her carrot cake. I tried a bite and the frosting is very cream cheesy in a good way, and the cake was super moist.
By explosion, I mean explosion of flavor. Not the post morning coffee kind of chocolate explosion. I ate this cake until I felt kinda sick and then I kept eating more because the mouth pleasure was immense. 10/10 would recommend.
From the first time I walked into Fred’s in Henderson three years ago to the last visit in Summerlin this month, it continues to have excellent selections and great tasting desserts. Never fails in service and in hiring a cool staff that greets everyone with smiles and professionalism.
