Growing up in the bakery, Joni Fried took the reigns from Milton and Esther in 1980 and created an institution in the Las Vegas community.
A small bake shop focused on pastries and breads became one of the world's most well known custom cake studios under her guidance, specializing in wedding cakes and over-the-top creations (in addition to those same delicious pastries and breads).
Truly a family affair, Freed's Bakery has grown in size and acclaim under the direction of third generation family members Max and Sarah.
After dozens of appearances in various national shows and press, Freed's was showcased in The Food Network's hit show "Vegas Cakes," an inside look at the unbelievable creations by the Freed's team.
