Indulge in a sweet treat with a Vegas twist - our King Cakes! Available in three tempting flavors: cinnamon sugar, cream cheese, or strawberry and cream cheese. Don't forget the traditional sprinkling of three colors of crystal sugar. It's a party in every bite!

Please note all King Cakes include a small plastic baby on the side so you can place it under the King Cake based on personal preference. The plastic baby will not be hidden under the King Cake. Packaging may vary.

This product is available for pick up from all Freed's Dessert Shop locations or local delivery during the Seasonal Dates of:

Monday February 8th, 2027- Tuesday February 9th, 2027.

King Cakes are available for pre-order Monday, February 16th, 2026 and Fat Tuesday, February 17th, 2026. Depending on availability, orders may be placed outside of those dates with at least 72 hours notice (some restrictions may apply). For additional information please email us at info@freedsbakery.com or call (702) 456-7762.

Authentic NOLA Taste far from home

My daughter grew up in New Orleans but teaches in Las Vegas now. I always order a King Cake for her on Mardi Gras usually from New Orleans bakery. Last year I was late getting my order in and looked up local bakeries. That’s when I found Freeds. She LOVED her King Cake that she always shares and so did everyone else. My Birthday King Cake

We enjoyed it. However it was thinner in width than usual and had very little filling. It taste delicious but since you asked I decided to tell you. I always purchase for my birthday, February. I’ll be back next year. 😋 Thank you

Great flavor - a little dry

Love king cakes - first time ordered from Freed's - I have previously ordered directly from LA. The flavor of the cinnamon was great, however I was a little disappointed that the cake was very dry. Seemed old. Getting the baby was fun. nicely presented.

True New Orlean’s style Mardi Gras King Cake

I left South Louisiana as a kid, but Cajun and creole culture have never been so far from me as living in Vegas. I was pleased to read such good reviews for a local bakery’s king cake that I thought it’d be fun to try something fresh and local. My whole family agreed it was the best King Cake we’d ever had. I’ll make it a point to get a Gambino’s king cake next time I visit the “Big Easy,” just to see for myself. Still, the short of it is this: Freed’w sweet cream king cake is so good that it’s at least on par with the best in New Orleans. So, if you’re in Vegas and want king cake, look no further. Next time family visits, I’m getting another one. Outstanding. Thanks for being great and dependable.

I love all of your cakes and I have been wanting for years to have one of your king's cakes for our actual three kings day celebration which which falls on January 6th... Is there any way I can order a king's cake to pick up on January 6th?

A taste away from home

Nice version of the King Cake. Cinnamon and sugar was the best. The cheese variety was lacking in Traditional flavor (and cheese). Got the baby so will buy again next year.

King of Mardi Gras themed party

I was so pleased that you had King cakes. I chose the cinnamon and sugar one. It was beautiful and very delicious. It was the star of the party. We did get one with the baby in it and my guests were not aware of the tradition. They had much fun and now the one who got the baby will have the next party.
