Can I make a change to this cake?
We can often accomodate simple changes like swapping a color or adding writing, though depending on the change there may be an additional charge. To request these changes you can include the request in the "Special Instructions" field in the Cart.
For more complex changes, we may need to create a custom order. You can reach out with a custom cake request HERE for more information.
Can I add writing to the cake?
In almost all cases, adding writing is no problem at all! You can add writing in the "Writing on Cake" field in the Cart. Please note that cakes with uneven surfaces or icings like whipped cream may be written on using a clear plastic sheet or fondant plaques.
Some designs might limit available writing and some writing may be too long to fit within reason (ex: several lines of text). Please keep in mind we can also offer a card alongside the cake if you'd like to communicate something longer to the recipient! You can find this field in the Cart as well.
Can I pick this cake up at your _____ location?
Many of our larger or more design-heavy cakes are only available for pickup at our Eastern location due to storage and production availability. Almost all dessert cakes and dozens of specialty designs are available at our Dessert Locations in Summerlin, Aliante/Centennial Hills, and the Art District in Downtown Las Vegas.
Can I have my order delivered?
Absolutely! We generally deliver anywhere in the Las Vegas metropolitan area and require a 4 hour window in which someone will be available to accept the order.
Please keep in mind that we have a set number of delivery slots available per day and days may close well in advance. If you're looking to have an order delivered, we highly recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible.
Can I have my order shipped?
We do have shipping available for a select collection of cakes and baked goods! You can find all our items available for shipping HERE.
Unfortunately, the majority of our decorative cakes are too fragile to be shipped.
