Layers of white sponge cake soaked in espresso and brandy, filled with house made sweet mascarpone cream (made with our very own marsala wine sabayon) and iced with espresso blended whipped cream. Sprinkled with cocoa powder and surrounded in sugar crusted lady fingers. Voted Best of Las Vegas for over 35 years, a classic Freed's Bakery dessert cake slice!

Some designs may utilize decoration that shows specific numbers, names, writing, etc. Please note on your order if you have specific ideas about what writing you'd like to see used on your cake, including numbers on poker chips or other items. My daughter came out to visit me, and she requested the Tiramisu cake slice. She said, 'MOM THIS IS DELICIOUS!" and she has ordered Tiramisu slices from a couple different places in the Midwest. But she says this is the best one she has had.
