Refund policy
Terms of Cancellation
All cancellations made at least one week prior to the order date will receive a full refund minus a $20.00 fee.
Any cancellation made within one week and at least 3 days prior to the order date will receive a refund of 50% of the order total.
No refunds or credits are available for cancellations made within 3 days of the order date.
Changes and Modifications Policy
Changes to your order requested within one week and at least 3 days prior to the order date may incur a fee.
We are not able to accommodate changes to your order within 3 days of the order date.
Refund and Return Policy
If there is a problem with an order you've received, please call (702) 456-7762 or email us at info@freedsbakery.com. Any issues with an order must be reported within 24 hours of when the package was received. There are no returns or exchanges.
Only one delivery attempt will be made per order. Should your order require an address correction, the customer is responsible for additional shipping and product costs.
Freed's Bakery is not responsible for:
- Packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
- Package refusal.
- Compromised quality due to prolonged outdoor exposure to the package.
- Improper handling of the product by the customer.
Depending on the circumstance, Freed's Bakery may issue a credit or re-order.
