All Freed's Bakery locations are closed Thanksgiving Day 11/26/26, Christmas Day 12/25/26, and New Years Day 1/1/27.
Unless otherwise noted, all cakes require refrigeration.
Some designs may utilize decoration that shows specific numbers, names, writing, etc. Please note on your order if you have specific ideas about what writing you'd like to see used on your cake, including numbers on poker chips or other items. We're happy to review and accomodate requests when possible!

The most amazing cake I have ever had!! Custom vanilla cake with whipped cream/mixed berry filling! Heart shaped with disco balls!! Incredible as always!!

Soft, creamy, nice light pumpkin flavor. Not overpowering or rich like a denser cheesecake but like a creamy pumpkin pie. Tiny, unnoticeable crust, not a thick one or base. Light cream topping that is not rich or sugary. Slight but solid. Smallish piece.
Note that our slice did not have the same topping as the one shown in the picture or video so may differ from the topping others experience.

My first time eating the pumpkin cheesecake and it was delicious. Sure brought the thought of autumn to my tastebuds. I am orginally from the midwest and so miss the actual fall season and tastes. Great job Freeds
This pie is amazing. Not overpowering on the pumpkin flavor and not too sweet!
I ordered this cheesecake to have another option for Thanksgiving and it was such a hit! It is light and so delicious with such a great flavor! I will order one every year!
Taste was good, we just didn’t really love it like their cakes or other bakery items. We would’ve loved a harder Grahm cracker crust and the whipped texture was not what we were expecting.
Wanted to shake things up for my small Thanksgiving dinner, and so I opted for this instead of regular pumpkin pie. It was a big hit! Highly recommended!
