I normally buy the chocolate brownies with nuts but....

I normally buy the chocolate brownies with nuts, nut they were out so I settled for the ones without nuts, and they were dry and little hard I always buy for gifts and for us but was disappointed.
The customer service always amazing, I've been a customer for over 37 years.

My grandson picked it! He did not care for it. It was kind of dried out I think by keeping it in the fridge to stay cool I think it dried it out that’s my opinion! Just being honest I gave it a 4 because I know when they made it , it was super moist
