I have wanted to try this cake for awhile and finally got the opportunity. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. I could taste the Kahlua flavor and the banana pretty well at first, but it didn't last. I would not get this again.
Very good. Requested a whole cake. I was told this one is preorder only. Preorder is on the way. That banana pudding cake is looking pretty tasty too.
The Chocolate Kahlua Banana Cake Slice takes the #1 spot of my many Freed’s favorites. It’s so succulent and savory. It melts in my mouth as it melts me with each and every bite, so flavorful. Each flavor works together perfectly. I ate it super ssslllloooooowwww. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. 😋
I just got a slice of this cake to try since the flavor intrigued me. It was so good. I was planning to share it with my son since I was trying to cut down on my sugar intake but I couldn't stop eating this cake. Not too sweet and with a good balance of cake, filling and icing. You have to get all the layers in each bite. Definitely going to get a whole cake next time.
I got a chocolate banana Kahlua cake for my husband's birthday several years ago. It has an interesting taste, delicious and moist. It was a hit with my husband, who does not like cakes. He's more of a coffee ice cream lover. I'm thinking about ordering it again this year.
I got this cake for a going away party and it was a hit!!!! I will get it again!
