Delicate white cake (sweetened with maltitol) filled and iced with fresh whipped cream (sweetened with Splenda or can be sweetened with stevia if requested in "special instructions") and layered with sliced California strawberries and blueberries. Delicious in its simplicity and a no sugar added version of our cake in a jar!
This is a "no sugar added" option and not considered "sugar free".

Some designs may utilize decoration that shows specific numbers, names, writing, etc. Please note on your order if you have specific ideas about what writing you'd like to see used on your cake, including numbers on poker chips or other items. We're happy to review and accomodate requests when possible!
