This is one of the best carrot cakes that I’ve experienced. The cream cheese frosting is absolutely divine, cake is moist and I couldn’t ask for a better slice of cake.

This cake is delicious. I thought it might be too sweet with all those layers. However it wasn’t too sweet. Loved the chocolate topping.

I ordered the Strawberry Shortcake from Freed’s Bakery and it was perfect from start to finish. The cake was moist, soft, and truly melted in your mouth. The cream was light and not overly sweet, which made it easy to enjoy more than one slice without feeling overwhelmed. I also loved that it didn’t leave me thirsty afterwards no need to grab a glass of water.

The topping had a light, fluffy texture that paired beautifully with the cream and strawberries, adding the perfect finishing touch. My cake was ready in just two and a half days, right on time.

We shared it with 11 people, and every single one of us was happy and satisfied which is rare since there are usually mixed opinions. This time, there wasn’t a single complaint.

Overall, this cake was a hit! Highly recommended, no regrets at all.
