LAS VEGAS, Nevada, January 17th, 2009 – Singer and TV personality Ray J (William Ray Norwood, Jr.) celebrated his birthday last night at Poetry Nightclub with a set of custom sculpted cake boxing gloves from Freed's Bakery. The cake was a real hit and sources say MTV and VH1 were present to record the celebration for his upcoming television series.
The cake was scuplted from Freed's delectable white cake and filled with their signature bavarian cream. Iced in a rich buttercream and draped in a red fondant, the cake was sure to please. The cake was decorated with his birthday wishes and his Knock Out Records logo. Freed's Bakery wishes Ray J a happy birthday and many years of success.
