LAS VEGAS, Nevada, October 24, 2009 – Doug Reinhardt, Paris Hilton's on again boyfriend celebrated his birthday with Paris and friends at Body English in The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.  They ordered a custom Freed's two tiered Whimsical Birthday Cake.
