Strawberry Shortcake for the chocolate-lover: rich chocolate cake filled and iced with 100% Anderson Dairy fresh whipped cream and layered with fresh strawberries.
~ Blackout Cake ~
A must for all you choc-o-holics. We fill our rich chocolate cake with a layer of gooey fudge and signature Bavarian cream, ice it with a light layer of our chocolate buttercream icing, and drown the top in chocolate ganache.
~ Le Parisien ~
Freed’s rich chocolate cake filled and iced with a blend of Belgian chocolate and 100% Anderson Dairy whipped cream.
~ Raspberry Rum Cake ~
Moist white cake brushed with Jamaican Myer’s Dark Rum, filled with alternating layers of our signature Bavarian cream and delicious raspberry puree. The slice is Iced with Freed’s buttercream icing and coated with sugar-toasted almonds.

Two layers of Freed’s world-acclaimed carrot cake filled and iced with our delicious cream cheese icing.

Rich chocolate cake brushed with Kirschwasser cherry brandy and filled with 100% Anderson Dairy fresh whipped cream and cherry filling. Iced with whipped cream.

Rich chocolate cake loaded with our divine pecan and coconut custard filling and iced with our rich chocolate buttercream.
~ Freed’s Signature Cake ~
Available with white cake, our signature Bavarian cream filling, and our buttercream icing, or chocolate cake, our signature Bavarian cream filling, and our chocolate buttercream icing. These two flavors are also available as a 1/4 sheet cake, which serves 20-25.
