Same Day Cakes
Delicious Freed’s Bakery cakes are available for same day purchase at both of our locations. These 7 inch cakes feed 8-10 people and make a wonderful addition to your special occasion!
Our in-store selection varies from day to day, but our varieties include:
~ Strawberry Shortcake ~
Delicious white cake filled and iced with 100% Anderson Dairy fresh whipped cream and layered with fresh strawberries.
~ Brown Derby Cake ~
Strawberry Shortcake for the chocolate-lover: rich chocolate cake filled and iced with 100% Anderson Dairy fresh whipped cream and layered with fresh strawberries.
~ Blackout Cake ~
A must for all you choc-o-holics. We fill our rich chocolate cake with a layer of gooey fudge and signature Bavarian cream, ice it with a light layer of our chocolate buttercream icing, and drown the top in chocolate ganache.
~ Le Parisien ~
Freed’s rich chocolate cake filled and iced with a blend of Belgian chocolate and 100% Anderson Dairy whipped cream.
~ 24 Karat Cake ~
Two layers of Freed’s world-acclaimed carrot cake filled and iced with our delicious cream cheese icing.
~ Black Forest Cake ~
Rich chocolate cake brushed with Kirschwasser cherry brandy and filled with 100% Anderson Dairy fresh whipped cream and cherry filling. Iced with whipped cream.
~ Freed’s Signature Cake ~
Available with white cake, our signature Bavarian cream filling, and our buttercream icing, or chocolate cake, our signature Bavarian cream filling, and our chocolate buttercream icing. These two flavors are also available as a 1/4 sheet cake, which serves 20-25.
