Babka

This wonderful yeast raised coffee cake is made in two varieties. The first is with almond filling, walnuts, cinnamon and raisins. The second variety is chocolate chip. The fillings are swirled in between layers of coffee cake which creates pockets of delicious filling but there is still areas of simple coffee cake dough which is delicious all by itself.
